Chian Jin is appointed by EL Development as the drywall partition subcontractor for SkySuites 17, a 30-storey freehold condominium at Jalan Rajah. To achieve high levels of sound insulation between living room and bedrooms, Gyproc drywall partition system is installed for all 115 units.
